Conditions of travel Passengers are to be ready 5 minutes before scheduled pick up time to ensure prompt service to all passengers. Serenity shuttles are unable to wait for any customer who isn’t ready at the agreed pick up time! We advise that customers reconfirm their pick up time 24 before their scheduled time of travel. No dangerous goods are allowed on board the vehicle at any time, these include knives or other sharp objects. Serenity shuttles is not responsible for any sickness, injury or death, all passengers are to keep all body parts inside the vehicle at all times. If any passenger is to be found intoxicated or behaving in an unacceptable manner drivers have the right to refuse entry onto the van. If any passenger is found behaving badly and being a threat to other customers they will be removed immediately and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. IMPORTANT: Please note, our minimum capacity is 2 passengers. Serenity Shuttles reserves the right to cancell any trips that does not meet the minimum capacity up to 18 hours prior to Travel time. Serenity Shuttles will however endeavour to avoid such an occurence as far as possible. We are commited to providing an excellent and reliable service. Baggage Information Serenity provides enough luggage space for 2 pieces for each passenger. In case of large items or excess luggage passengers might be liable for an additional charge. Serenity shuttles will handle all luggage with exceptional care, however serenity shuttles do not except any responsibility for loss of or damaged luggage. Passengers should ensure that they take all luggage, left behind luggage will be kept by serenity shuttles for 14 days, if after this time it is not claimed serenity shuttles take no responsibility for loss of luggage or personal items.
